Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to the ferry terminal that takes you across to Kowloon. the hotel is conveniently situated next to the expo center, making it ideal for business travelers.

Some guests felt that the lobby was too cold and caught the flu from it.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and caring from the moment I checked in until I checked out. The breakfast at Cafe Renaissance was delicious, and I had a great dinner at Mirage as well. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the fantastic pool at the nearby Grand Hyatt. The views from my room of the harbour were fine, and the large panoramic windows added to the experience. the cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff were all excellent.

Could not be improved in any way.

My recent stay at this hotel was simply luxurious. the exclusive amenities this venue offers fulfilled all my needs, from the private facilities to the top-notch service.

I had a minor issue with the loud noise coming from the bar/ lounge area, which lasted until late at night and affected my sleep quality. Nevertheless, the advantages of the room, with amazing views and exclusive advantages, compensated for this small setback.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the Star Ferry terminal, making it convenient to explore both sides of the city. The rooms offer amazing views of the harbor, and the family-friendly interconnecting rooms are spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast is delicious and there is plenty of variety to choose from. The gym is well-equipped, perfect for fitness enthusiasts. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The limited food offering in the Club Lounge between main dining periods could be improved.

The service at this hotel was really good. The staff were very good too ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were greeted with warm-hearted welcome at the door and the front desk staff provided excellent service. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Another positive aspect was the magnificent view from our room. We were able to enjoy a amazing view of the harbor and Kowloon, which added to the overall experience. the hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently located just a short walk away from the ferry to Kowloon and the shopping area with high-end designers and specialty restaurants.

One downside of our stay was the crowded lobby area, especially during conferences. It didn't offer a quiet retreat from the busy streets of Hong Kong.

I had a superb experience during my recent stay at Renaissance. The staff were really good too make me feel treasured, from the pick-up area to housekeeping. The hotel facilities were great, with a fitness center for my husband and a big playground for our toddler. The room wasnice and neat, with a fine harbor view. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from the Wanchai MTR. I highly recommend Renaissance for a family leisure trip.
